INDIANAPOLIS, IN (bdpatoday®)—The Indianapolis Chapter of BDPA (BDPA Indy), formerly known as Black Data Processing Associates, takes great pride in recognizing the career milestones of Timothy F. Coleman, an esteemed technology executive, dedicated community champion, and devoted mentor whose professional path and passion significantly influences STEM engagements and talent acquistion for Indianapolis, our tech industry, and our next generation of Student I.T. Education & Scholarship (SITES) leaders and alumni.

Timothy F. ColemanIn the eyes of BDPA Indy, Mr. Coleman transcends the roles of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Information Technology executive — he is a champion and delivery partner.

As a committed supporter of BDPA and the Association’s local BDPA Chapters, he has invested his time, mentorship, and tremendous resources to uplift our next generation of technology professionals.

His remarkable career spanned a breadth of disciplines — from human resources and information technology to manufacturing, marketing, and research and development (R&D) — reflecting his commitment to driving innovation across the enterprise.

His digital innovation and visionary leadership included launching secure and federated artificial intelligence and machine learning (Ai/ML) platforms that provide biotech companies access to drug discovery models trained on proprietary research data.
