2026 Theme — “Unstoppable: Women Redefining GovCon”

NATIONAL HARBOR, Maryland — Jackie Lopez,  President, Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC (Premier), was honored alongside her full class of honorees during Thursday afternoon’s IMPACT Women in Leadership Awards & Gala at MGM National Harbor. She is FORUM’s “Rule of 2 Winner” for 2026. FORUM is the home of modern Federal contracting, where Industry executives and Government agency leaders access the trusted resources and a thriving community both groups rely on to succeed.

FORUM describes these annual awards as recognizing “the women who are providing strong leadership, mentoring the next generation of stars and continually transforming the way technology is implemented through their mission-focused strategic programs in the federal space.”

Chosen by  peers who nominated this year’s cohort for their success and impact made across our GovCon industry, Jackie’s inclusion reflects a stellar career built on decades as an accomplished Information Technology executive and co-founder of Premier. A professional services firm successfully delivering mission-critical solutions for federal agencies across defense and civilian sectors, Premier specializes in modernizing enterprise IT, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering expert program and project management to support mission success.

Drawing on her experience as an Air Force communications officer and former Director of Defense Department Programs at GSA FEDSIM, Jackie co-founded Premier with Michael Lopez to create the company they wished had existed when they were in government service—one that not only fulfills the mission but elevates it.  Under Jackie’s leadership, Premier has become an award-winning company distinguished by strategic diversification, trusted partnerships, exceptional client service, and an unwavering commitment to its people and sustainable, scalable growth.

In 2025, Jackie and Michael Lopez were named SBA Small Business Persons of the Year for Maryland, and Premier was recognized as the SBA Small Business of the Year for Suburban Maryland. Under her leadership, Premier has been honored as a four-time Inc. 5000 honoree, recognized among the nation’s top-performing and fastest-growing businesses. Premier is a regional co-sponsor for local BDPA high school computer competition (HSCC), junior developer (Jr. Dev) teams, and student I.T. education and scholarship (SITES) programs. High school teams from BDPA Washington, D.C. (BDPA-DC) and BDPA Northern Virginia (BDPA NoVa)  have successfully captured national coding and eSport championships.
