LORTON, Virginia—Local BDPA™ Chapters across the National Capital Region co-hosted BDPACON East ‘25 as HBCU Connect for 2025 adjourns in Washington, D.C.

Regional finalists from BDPA’s High School Computer Competition (HSCC) coding and I.T. Showcase programs from local BDPA™ Chapters are preparing to travel to Atlanta for 50th Anniversary events and national coding competitions during BDPACON ‘25.

Northeast Regional finalists from BDPA’s High School Computer Competition (HSCC) coding and I.T. Showcase programs across the National Capital Region participate in BDPACON East activities. Established in Washington, D.C. 1986 by Dr. Jesse Bemley, HSCC continues to serve the Tech Industry as a launchpad for students to explore exciting careers in technology, develop and upskill coding skills, then gain exposure to real-world problem-solving with coaches and mentors from local sponsors. — photo ©2025 bdpatoday®

Finalists join other participants and tech professionals from the Association’s SITES Robotics Academy, eSports students, and Gaming finalists to vie for national awards, internships, and scholarships.
