ATLANTA, Georgia (bdpatoday®) — BDPACON25 convenes August 13-16, 2025, at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Atlanta with special receptions and museum tours for members and industry partners.
To commemorate its 50th Anniversary, National BDPA, Inc. (BDPA.org) is facilitating a very special reunion and tour of the Mimms Museum of Technology and Art for BDPA™ members, alumni, and sponsors. Previously known as the Computer Museum of America, this special event is designed to honor the rich legacy of computing innovation while encouraging the next generation of technology leaders.

The museum’s extraordinary collection—from early supercomputers to renowned devices like the Atari 400—provides a tangible experience of the Association’s five-decades long evolution of digital culture and transformative engineering excellence. Not only does the museum own the largest collection of CRAY supercomputers and rare machines like the Apple I, Pixar Image Computer, and a WWII Enigma machine, it also features retro gaming and arcade sessions, vintage tech such as a working punch card machine, computing history, and the largest collections of digital artifacts.
By illustrating how historical context informs future advancements, BDPA’s exclusive tour links its pioneering legacy to the innovations that await, celebrating both tradition and potential in a uniquely immersive experience for BDPA Members, BDPA™ and HBCU Alumni, Student Members, and conference attendees.
Breakthrough technologies in robotics, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence are occurring now for today’s digital workforce. Attendees may pre-register to reserve tickets at → https://conference.bdpa.org .
